Job Description :

Will be involved in establishing, documenting, implementing and maintaining the systems. Put in place SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), formats, flow charts, check lists etc for various operations. Will establish the systems, inline with best practices and ISO 9000 QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM standards Will document and effectively implement the system .To ensure systems are constantly monitored and improved. Organize and conduct audits by way of coordinating with System Auditors to ensure that laid out systems are audited at regular frequency and all systems runs effectively. Conduct review meetings and collect feedback from various users andimplement good suggestions for ensuring continual improvement of the system. To train all present users and new recruits continuously in order to ensure that they have fully understood the laid system well.

Desired Profile :

Have minimum of 5-8 years of experience in working in a big organization and was involved in Quality management system Implementation. Good knowledge in documenting, implementing and auditing of Quality Management System. Should have exposure in Supply-Chain Management, Stores, Purchase, Inventory, Accounts and Finance etc. Should be man of high integrity, with good references. A graduate from a reputed university. Knowledge and Skills: Should have knowledge of best practices in Purchase and Stores. Should have good hands on knowledge of WORD, EXCEL etc. Should have good communication skills. Should speak in English. Knowledge of Kannada also preferred. Under gone Lead auditor training course from reputed organization is preferable
