The incumbent should be a mangement graduate MBA (HR), preferably a female with an experience of 3-8 years in plant/corporate training and Performance Management programme (PMP) role. The activity associated with the same would ranges from Identifying training needs. Preparation of training calendar with proper incorporation of the required training inputs from various resources. Co-ordination of gamut of activities involved till evaluation of training effectiveness. Aligning Training strategies with business strategies. Driving Competency gap analysis, skill assessment programme followed by competency based training programmes etc. All activities related to performance management system Quality certification audits and associated training programmes in relation to ISO and EMS.Desired Profile :
