his postion will be responsible for: Transitioning of International FandA processes from across the globe Translating Business Units plans into practical plans required for offshore process Understanding and preparing the final plan Budget and resource planning and with the suppliers in line with the migration plan Accountable for setting up agreed migration of projects Prepare periodic MIS and liase with operations team for analysis of process Assisting the Head of the department with periodic meetings, feedback, minutes and coordination with the suppliers and other responsible entitites Ensure that the process goes live on the scheduled date Optimising use of all resources to support the process with the suppliers

Desired Profile :

Graduation 6-10 years of experience in with at least two years in Transitions (preferably Finance and Accounting proceses) in a BPO Should have handled Multi country, multi lingual transitions across geographies. International experience � US/ UK/APAC preferred Self-motivation/management Managing relationships and matrix management
