Job Description :

Supporting sales activities by preparing client approach notes and proposals. Collaborating with the US organization as well as identified vendors/partners for defining/developing SLA or other performance parameters. Contributing to the growth and development of ex�vo Offerings and Solutions. Manage RFI and RFP process for projects. Providing critical inputs to delivery and partner relations team. Assuring that intellectual capital is built, captured, and re-used. Create proposal preparation and presentation. Providing strategic inputs to senior management. Networking with Industry participants.

Desired Profile :

Strong relationship building skills. Extensive research industry/research outsourcing knowledge. Deep understanding of primary research methodologies , data processing tools. Practical experience in delivering end-to-end research-based Business Process Outsourcing engagements. Ability to work well with internal and external colleagues and be pleasantly forceful in pursuit and achievement of goals. Strong analytical, writing and presentation skills. Independent decision making ability. Ability to perform under significant workloads. Understanding of research consulting, scope management, project management, client expectation setting, and successful client delivery. Developing and implementing short-term incentive programs for specific clients and/or studies. Extensive client-facing experience related to post-sales activities. Ability to establish a strong sense of purpose, high standards and a sense of urgency for self and others. Ability to get things done through informal and formal channels of influence and to leverage relationships in a flat organization environment. Effective time management skills. Ability to present to a group of senior client executives. Exceptional verbal and written communications skills. Projects of which at least 3 years working in a Research Outsourcing Organization. Should have done his education from premier institute.
