The Job involves- Participation / leading process hazard analysis and revalidations for FEED and Detailed Engineering Projects Finalize requirements for Special HSE Studies such as QRA, FEA, EIA, Bow-tie Analysis, SIL, F&G Detectors Mapping Study, Noise Assessment Study, etc. and review and implement recommendations in detailed design. Provide inputs concerning process and personnel safety requirements included in generally accepted engineering standards such as NFPA, API, etc. Perform Fire Fighting System Design (including hydraulic calculations for fire water network, preparation of P&IDs, Datasheets of FW Tanks, Pumps, etc.) complying with industry standards such as OISD, NFPA, etc.Desired Profile :
Finalize requirement of F&G detectors and prepare engineering documents such as Cause & Effect Diagrams. Skillful application of standard work processes including engineering design standards, engineering operating procedures, inherent safety in engineering design, HAZOP, etc. Interfacing with other engineering disciplines such as Piping, Instrumentation and Electrical during project execution. Timely and effective communications with stack holders during project execution. Working knowledge of various software tools for evaluation of qualitative and single-event quantitative analysis of consequences of accidental releases is preferred.Experience Required :
