Responsibilities : - She will supervise a set of counter consultants who are based at chain stores like shoppers stop or Lifestlye looking after the Enamor brand of Lingerie. - She will be responsible for ensuring discipline and sales effectiveness of the counter consultants - She will have to conduct regular training for the girls on product and selling skills to ensure high customer satisfaction levels. - She will have a close working relationship with the Area Sales manager to ensure effective display of enamor at stores and implement visual merchandising plans that come from head office. - She will be responsible forion and recruitment of new counter consultants,performance appraisals of existing counter consultants and communication of monthly target and incentives
