Skills: �Strong relationship building skills �Extensive research industry/research outsourcing knowledge �Deep understanding of primary research methodologies , data processing tools �Practical experience in delivering end-to-end research-based Business Process Outsourcing engagements �Ability to work well with internal and external colleagues and be pleasantly forceful in pursuit and achievement of goals �Strong analytical, writing and presentation skills �Independent decision making ability �Ability to perform under significant workloads �Understanding of research consulting, scope management, project management, client expectation setting, and successful client delivery �Developing and implementing short-term incentive programs for specific clients and/or studies �Extensive client-facing experience related to post-sales activities �Ability to establish a strong sense of purpose, high standards and a sense of urgency for self and others �Ability to get things done through informal and formal channels of influence and to leverage relationships in a flat organization environment �Effective time management skills �Ability to present to a group of senior client executives �Exceptional verbal and written communications skills Qualification and Experience: �Bachelor''s degree and preferably a Masters Degree in Business Administration or equivalent �6 to 8 years experience in IT Market Research BPO managing Research Outsourcing Projects of which at least 3 years working in a Research Outsourcing Organization.
