Job Description :

Responsibilities: Prepare and analyse monthly Profit and Loss statement by branch as well as a company. Prepare and analyse monthly Profit and Loss statement by branch as well as a company and share the conclusions from such analysis with GM and BM�s; To plan, prepare and review the annual budget and periodical updates of forecasts; Develop and implement accounting procedures and policies ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements and to the international accounting standards and practices; Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and take appropriate actions based on the forecast; Monitor organisation expenditure against budget and conduct variance analysis. Propose and monitor any actions needed based on such analysis; Prepare timely monthly financial reports for submission to the US office as well as for statutory reporting; Design, implement and maintain internal controls to minimise risks and as recommended by external auditors; Undertake ad hoc projects including conducting due diligence analysis, IT systems implementation and upgrades, etc; Compliance with Companies Act 1956 and other related statutes Monitor company insurance matters and policies plus claims administration Handle company tax issues and liaison with tax agents and/or authorities; Liaison with external auditors for the annual audit; Handle corporate secretarial matters;

Desired Profile :

CA, CS (Preferably) Have at least 8-12 years of experience preferably in the service industry
