Achieve sales and collection targets for the division products
Manage the sales team ( estimated team size : 8 sales persons )
Forecasting the short term and long term sales
Channel Management
Prepare business development plans for existing and new products and effective implementation of the plans
Establish relationship with key customers at senior level
Lead the implementation of division programs.
Desired Profile :
Candidate should be an engineering graduate preferably an MBA with about 10-12 yrs of experience with the following,
Government selling with sales management experience.
Knowledge of Government procurement processes and practices.
Very strong sales management and supervisory skills.-
Should have the experience of handling a national sales team.
Candidates working with the companies dealing with construction departments, traffic management , equipment selling, project selling fields and Companies selling to Govt depts , contractors. are prefered.
