We are looking for good Java/ j2ee professionals with the following skill set: Desired Skill set: 3 to 5 years in J2EE Design and Development Chordiant Trained Knowledge of Rational Toolset - Rational Rose, Rational Clearcase, Rational Clearquest Exposure of RDMS like DB2 or Oracle Experience in a J2EE Application Server - Websphere or Weblogic Experience of an IDE like Eclipse or WSAD 5-8 years in J2EE Design and Development Experience of designing applications independently using common design patterns At least 1 Chordiant Implementation Experience of leading small teams Proficiency in SDLC concepts and conversant in planning and tracking activities Experience of Rational Toolset Experience of Configuration Management and Defect Tracking Tools Experience of Deployment and Integration of J2EE Applications.
