Desired Profile :

Opening Demat and trading A/c. Giving online demo to the customer regarding online trading. Solving all the queries of the customer relating to all the A/c. Giving best possible services to the customer. Doing (K.Y.C) for the customers for opening demat and trading A/c. Doing (C.P.V) for the customers. Client base acquisition for D-mat Accounts/Trading accounts Achieve targets for sales, revenue and profitability within a given time-frame (weekly, monthly, quarterly) Client Acquisition For Demat Account And Generating Revenue From Them. Business Development & Sales For Equities & Commodities Advising Clients On Movements Of Stocks. Job Description for Sales Manager: - Experience in Marketing / Business Development, Relationship Management & in Team Management. - Proficient in assigning sales targets, providing necessary assistance and ensuring achievement of the organizational revenue targets in budgeted parameters. - Significant experience in overseeing operations for driving business by effective relationship management and delivery of value added service. - Demonstrated skills in team management with excellent organizational ability. - Should mobilize team from other broking firm. - Need to manage branches across Lucknow. - Good Knowledge of Capital Market such as equity, commodity, currency & derivatives. - Also need to generate business through Insurance (LI/ GI), FD''s, MF, IPO & Bonds.
