Job Profile: 1. To provide a comprehensive secretarial and administration service to the MD Sir. 2. To maintain and organize MD Sirs diary, filing system and all other relevant areas as necessary. 3. To support the MD Sir for his routine work through research, consultation, and arranging Meetings. 4. To draft speeches, articles, briefings, and project proposals as requested by MD Sir. 5. To facilitate meetings, schedule debriefing meetings so follow up action can be implemented. Also by arranging refreshments, seating and taking minutes if required to do so. 6. To respond to staff and Management in professional manner, both orally and in writing. 7. To coordinate all senior management for travel arrangements. 8. To maintain and continuously keep up to date list of prospect business houses and greet them time to time. 9. To liaise positively and professionally with colleagues and visitors. 10. To be amiable, professional and approachable at all times. 11. Any other duties commensurate with the accountabilities of the post.Experience Required :
