Job Description :

Provide functional and technical support for the Peoplesoft Financials system users in a help desk environment providing problem diagnosis, logging, tracking, internal escalation, chronic identification, prioritization and resolution. Other responsibilities include: performing core table maintenance, security administration and trending analysis using historical data to determine solutions; assisting end users in report/nvision. Testing for new development projects; and Patches/fixes. Primary objective of this position is to provide a central point of contact within the scope of the Financials PS system and to take responsibility of the problem until its resolution.

Desired Profile :

Qualified candidates must have a BS/BS degree or equivalent work experience; Proficiency in PeopleSoft Financials with a concentration in GL, AP, PO, AR, AM, PC, EX, CTR, or BD. Candidates with AR/BI experience preferred. Certified Peoplesoft training in Financial modules; Accounting background with month end closing experience. CPA a plus. Candidates would need to have good verbal and written communications skills, be ready to relocate to Bangalore and be ready to work in shifts. 2+ years of experience required
