Job Description :

Roles and Responsibilities : As a Verification and Validation Test Leader, you will be responsible for test planning, test design and test execution and analysis for Software Products. Testing web based applications/complex systems. You will be responsible specifying functionality, integrating systems, and implementing packages. Interfacing with the development teams and the product vendors for technical discussions. You will need to have experience in using any test automation tools like Rational-Test Studio/Mercury Interactive tools-Winrunner, Loadrunner, Test Director/Silk Performer and Silk test. You must have worked in at least one Application-testing environment and have sound knowledge of Product Build. Skills and Job Requirements: The candidate should have the following working knowledge: Skilled performance lead in LoadRunner - Planning, Designing, Scripting, Execution, monitoring and analysis. 2. Understand end to end performance scenarios. 3. Technical knowlegde of system architecture - J2EE. 4. Analyze the results of loadrunner statistical output and propose architectural changes. 5. Exceptional communication skills since this is a user facing role.
