Job Description :

Graduate Engineers with power plant construction exposure and with at least 10 years experience in work breakdown planning from day to day to the overall project schedules. Should be able to plan the resource requirements, resource mobilisation and demobilisation and liaison with all Engineers and monitor the progress, take corrective action, augment the resources etc. He will provide all the required support to the RCM and will be fully knowledgeable of site activities, sequence of erection etc. Should be Computer literate conversant with latest tools in Planning and Scheduling like Primavera, PS8, MS Project and should be able to work on various planning and scheduling packages. Should be able to process contractor bills, control the site budgets. Should be able to proactively identify key areas of concern and take corrective measures. Also should have full knowledge of progress reporting of various types of works and highlight key hold ups to client intime.

Graduate Engineer (Mechanical) with power plant construction exposure.
