BOSS Computec Pvt. Ltd. is a subsidiary of BOSS International, a United States company leading the way in developing high-tech engineering software for Fortune 1000 companies. We are recruiting for Product Development Manager to lead and manager the development team in Noida. Applicants must have 3+ years of experience working in a similar capacity and should show significant recent work history doing so. The person will be responsible for delivering the new versions of the software products from India based team. He will work closely with the US team to define the product path, functional specs and manage the delivery, working closely with technical architects. He should have 8+ years of hands on experience in software development, including architecture, design, implementation, testing, and documentation. PMI certification is a big plus. Preference for someone who can implement project management policies, procedures and best practices. Involvement in at least 2-3 full life cycle of software development projects independently. Job Duties: Understanding the on going projects. Creating project plans and their execution. Co-coordinating with the Business Head. Ensure project processes are being followed along with project schedule. Should participate and help others in the full life cycle of development, from specification and design through implementation, testing, and support. Work with United States engineering team in developing new products. Help develop technical designs that produce high quality products with efficient and upgradable code.

Desired Profile :

8+ years of total working experience in software development. 3+ years of experience in the capacity of Project Manager or Product Development Manager. B.E/B.TECH/M.Tech/M.C.A with strong project and people management skills. Strong experience in VC++ (MFC environment) technology. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to express thoughts and ideas effectively. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to self-start and motivate others through leading by example. Strong C++ based object-oriented design and development skills. Programming Windows applications with the Microsoft Foundation Classes (MFC). Desire to work in Noida, UP (India).
