Broad Responsibilities: Business Planning � Development of roll out plans including product/services � Generate budgets for all products for the circle � Manage new product initiatives encompassing implementation � Assist in evolving and implementing marketing strategies for increasing usage of product and revenues.. � Analyze concurrent market flow across different regional work centers and track competitor performance; � Assist in providing information for finalizing promotion and advertising spend; � Business case evaluation for all products Technical Planning � Product testing � Coverage testing and defining coverage objective � Evaluate new products Product Management � Developing strategies for enhancing value and plan targets � Assist in formulating promotional schemes for product keeping in view the prevailing market dynamics and budgetary constraints � Tracking of product performance � Develop and deploy a process for tracking and analyzing competition/market updates � Analyze external and internal data to identify trends and patterns which would serve as a critical input for devising schemes/promotions to increase acquisitions and revenue � Study and analyze market and industry trends and provide feedback to corporate team for implementing product changes Key Tasks/Activities: � Directional inputs for identification of research needs and development of research design � Post research analysis and Assistance in implementation � Routine interaction with the MR agencies and supervision of research � Data analysis � Small dipsticks � Concept/ product testing and implementation � Profile new customers � Use the NPI process to rollout new schemes/offers � Developing tools for comparing with competition and enable training of all touch points � Conceptualize, plan and implement promosDesired Profile :
