Essential Functions (Responsibilities) Lead the SWB Team to guide delivery of program activities. Primary role is to act as a people manager to take care of people issues, resource planning and allocation, GDC management, QA/QC management. Resource management and Allocation Set-up processes of SWB team Set-up operational metrics for the SWB team Planning, estimation and hiring of resources Onsite-Offshore team co-ordination Lead development teams to coach and mentor them towards delivery excellence Capacity planning GDC Management and metrics Strong process focus, integration and org. development activities to increase productivity

Desired Profile :

Working knowledge and strong understanding of the following technology/domain Quality Assurance function and setting up project processes Creating and managing metrics program Experience in project/program management Organization building experience Qualifications/ Requirements Degree in IT or work-related job experience Minimum 11 years of experience of which at least 6 years should be in IT and at least 3 years in IT project management Leading and managing large teams Onsite experience at client site assignments Good communication skills, both written and verbal BE/Masters in Science/ MBA Project management, quality certification Majority of the experience must be in top 5 Indian IT companies or consulting MNCs like Accenture or IBM etc�
