The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 years experience working primarily in a hands on technical role. It is essential that they have gained hands on exposure to enterprise strength web architectures and transactional line of business systems preferably within the financial services. Candidate must have proven working knowledge and experience in implementing enterprise J2EE applications using state of the art tools and the Key skills that are required include the following:� Advanced J2EE, including EJBs, JDBC, MDBs,JSP,JSF, JMS,JAAS,HTML,XML etc� Design and development experience with re-usable J2EE components,J2EE Blueprints and Design patterns is a must . Atleast five years hands on experience working in BEA Weblogic or IBM Websphere platforms including tools like WSAD,Eclipse or JBuilder is a must. Working knowledge of Weblogic or Websphere Portal server would be preferred� Experience in Hibernate persistence framework is essential� Working knowledge of Rational XDE for Java/J2EE will be a plus� Good knowledge of OO design, Java coding standards, J2EE test tools,User Interfaces,Unit and functional testing.

Desired Profile :

Candidate must have worked in at least 3-4 large J2EE application projects in the capacity of an Architect or Technical lead� Candidates must have excellent communications and Interpersonal skills Job Location: Chennai.
