Candidate Profile: � Experience of Managing Multiple Projects at a time. � Exposure to Embedded Systems � Should have handled a team of 30-40 Resources and look into the Job Assignment, Training, career development, performance management, Communication and bonding of team members. � Should be with 10-15 years of experience (with at least 3 years as a Project Manager). � Experience in Interacting closely with Customer for Deliveries, Issue Resolution, New Opportunities etc. � Good awareness of the safety domain. � Process oriented and proven delivery management capabilities. � Good knowledge in project estimation and Planning. Knowledge on following will be added advantage. Technical Skills Ada; C; C++ � UML; ARTISAN Rational rose; Rhapsody � RT-RT; AdaTest; LDRA; CANTATA � Non Technical: Configuration Management tools; Project Management tools; Requirement Management tools �. Exposure/Experience in Safety standards like DO178B; CENELEC EN50128 etcExperience Required :
