Job Description :

This will involve working exceptionally closely with customers, sharing knowledge, leveraging our Client''s experience and knowledge. Develop the integration strategy for various solutions available in the customer environment. In this customer-facing role, you will interact with the customers on the Solutions implemented, help them define and implement integrated solutions that optimize their technology to support. Maintaining Customer Satisfaction by taking personal accountability to aggressively collect, understand and improve customer satisfaction with the delivered services. Builds up the relationship at various levels in customer organization to effectively leverage skills and knowledge of all important stakeholders. Draws support from our Client''s projects as and when needed. Ensure appropriate change management process to keep the project deliverables up-to-date and relevant for the project in consultation with customer. Does the risk assessment and plans to mitigate risks as a continuous process. Delivering tremendous differentiated and perceived value to customers, you''ll ensure that our client provides them with the best overall service experience in the industry�not only ensuring that projects run to plan, but also identifying opportunities to provide even greater value through expanded engagements or new consulting opportunities.

Desired Profile :

Bachelor''s (undergraduate) degree in a Computer science or MCA At least eight years'' relevant industry experience Experience in Core Hospital Functionality like OPD, OT, Lab, Pharmacy etc Experience in JBOSS Application Server, JAVA/J2EE Development, Test Tools and Troubleshooting Knowledge in Implementing solutions on Linux and open source Excellent communication skills Team Management experience Excellent presentation skills Customer facing skills Project management skills Team player:ability and willingness to motivate and support other team members Fluency in English and local language
