We are currently handling a QA Manager - Testing position with our client. These are for positions to be based in Hyderabad. They are currently recruiting for their Indian Development Center, details as follows: Requirement Details: Qualification: B.TECH / M.TECH (MUST) Experience: 10+yrs Position Summary: Looking for applicants with 10+ years of experience in Quality, the majority of which should be in software quality. Must have 4+ years experience of managing software product testing teams. Experience of testing on multiple platforms (Windows, Mac, UNIX) shall be preferred Requirements include managing a group of 25 to 30+ quality engineers for at least 3+ years, the ability to execute projects in a dynamic environment on aggressive, short-term deadlines. In addition, experience with automated test tools, good UNIX(Solaris, Linux) technical skills, Develop scripts in Perl, Shell as required and a programming background are essential. The following experience is also highly desired: experience with testing printing systems; experience with testing embedded systems. Familiarity with Web technologies - HTML, Java, Javascript - a plus. Must be a fast learner and a completely hands-on person. Excellent communication skills. Nice to have: Unix Scripting, SQL, Unix Client/Server, Test case creation and execution in Unix environment. Some relevant experience in coding/development. Proven skills in documentation.
