Job Description :

Independent Charge of RandD in case of Head / Manager - RandD Responsibility for the complete Development Cycle from Formulation, Development, Stability Studies, Process Validation, Technology Transfer to Shop Floor. Training and Development of team members as necessary for successful completion of the project MIS and Coordination / Interaction with corporate management through the project period

Desired Profile :

This applies to Manager / Head positions. However, candidates with lesser experience (2 TO 5 YEARS) may also apply for RandD positions at Junior / Team Member level. M.Pharma / PhD with 5 to 15 years experience in RandD at reputed pharmaceutical companies For Project Leader / Head RandD position, a minimum experience of 5 years as Team Leader / Head is a must with proven / demonstrated qualities as Team Leader Proven Capability in the area of process Research and Development Should be fully conversant with Product Development for US / European markets Must be knowledgeable about GMP and CGMP norms, NDDS and necessary documentation. Must be up to date on developments in his / her specialized area of research
