Job Description :
BASIC FUNCTION
Support the office by responding to customer phone calls and either providing quick responses or transferring caller to appropriate person as well as performing various administrative duties.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION
1. Answers telephones to receive and provide necessary information and takes the proper follow-up action.
2. Performs administrative tasks, including typing, filing, copying and faxing.
3. Sorts and distributes incoming and outgoing mail and takes necessary follow-up action.
4. Greets potential customers or other visitors who by the showroom/Plant and assists in arranging showroom/Plant tours.
5. Keeping track of office supplies and schedule of cleaning services.
6. Coordinates and assists planning of meetings and events. Assembles necessary materials and information.
7. Arranges and schedules travel tickets and accommodation.
8. Prepares various confidential and complex reports, such as forecast and sales executive performance reports.
9. Gathers information and provides reports using personal computer (PC) including word processing and spreadsheet applications. PC/CRT and keyboard skill essential.
10. Assists with petty cash, budget preparation, coordinates Sales Executives expenditure requests with Sales Manager. Maintains awareness of and adheres to budget allowances for showroom needs.
11. Assists with office maintenance, including opening/closing, training/maintenance of audio visual systems, and arranging for temporary help and training.
12. Assists with IT support
13. Maintains correspondence of several reports from corporate headquarters in keeping data current and meeting deadline for each report.
14. Responsible for filing and monitoring stocks of product brochures.
15. Sales order entry in the our system
16. Any other assignment delegated by the management.
RELATIONSHIPS
A Internal Customers � Frequent contact with office employees, Asia Pacific offices and other field offices to exchange information in support of regional efforts.
B External Contacts � Frequent interaction with clients. Occasional interaction with agencies, suppliers and-in traffic.
Desired Profile :
Two years experience in an office environment. Excellent typing and communication skills required. Proficiency in using PCs desirable, including word processing and spreadsheet applications. Ability to work with minimal supervision.

POSITION TITLE: Project Supervisor

BASIC FUNCTION
Supervises installation team on customer sites assigned by the Project Manager.
Receives, stages, and installs Haworth office furniture at customer sites and showrooms following proper product installation and disposition procedures.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Trains and directs the work of Haworth installers and contract installers and general workers.
Stages, installs, and reconfigures product at customer installation sites.
Maintains current knowledge of all Haworth products and components installed within the local market.
Moves, pushes, and pulls loaded furniture carts from warehouse to job site. Lifts and moves various furniture from office to office.
Prepares reports on quality, safety, and installation problems.
Provides designers with facility measurements and checks layout drawings against architectural prints.
Assists with pre-installation inventory on job set-ups.
Inspects Haworth offices to assure showroom-ready conditions per standard operating procedures; performs repair and maintenance as necessary.
Provides designers with product shortage list prior to final inspection.
Coordinates facilities warehouse and computerized inventory, utilizing PC/CRT and keyboard. Operates material handler to pull product for work orders. Delivers product to and from job site.
Refurbishes panels and components. Lifts and move panels and components.
Loads/unloads variety of furniture from trailers.
May conduct installation demonstrations for new Haworth members, designers, and engineers to educate them on product features and uses.
Conducts and assists with mockups and sales presentations. Shows potential end users how products are installed; explains technical aspects and benefits of product.
RELATIONSHIPS
Internal Contacts - Frequent contact with Haworth personnel at all levels regarding office installations and to conduct training and demonstrations.
External Contacts - Regular contact with customers, designers, and contract installers.
