The candidate must be experienced in Coal based Power Plant business. He should have independently handled ?Erection and Commissioning? of 210 MW power plants and above, at site as ?Site Manager? for at least 7 years and should have adequate knowledge of labour laws. He should have led a team of very experienced engineers and should be able to achieve the financial targets as per the contract and deliver the project as scheduled within the budgeted costs. He should be an able leader with good conflict resolution and negotiation skills.

Desired Profile :

Graduate Engineer (Mechanical) and be around 45 years of age.
