Manages the development and implementation process of Company’s products and services involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plans and directs schedules and may monitor budget/spending. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery. Organizes the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints.

Desired Profile :

Completes deadline-driven, team based projects. Responsible for overall project objectives, goals and technical requirements Establishes budget and delivery schedule, based on project requirements in consultation of stakeholders and project team members Determines resource needs and coordinates technical resources for assigned projects Provides technical leadership as appropriate for projects; directs activities of project staff. Organizes and prioritizes projects in light of department, division and corporate goals. Works directly on technical aspects of projects as needs dictate and time permits in order to achieve assigned goals. Coordinates and communicates activities between team members and stakeholders to keep project on schedule. Escalates prioritization and resource problems as necessary.
