Responsibilities : Analyzing technical and engineering requirements of algorithms /specifications and modify to suit our processor and software architecture. Designing, developing and testing of the software both in C and in Blackfin assembly. Porting and testing against the system requirements. Maintaining and upgrading existing software. Optimizing algorithms so as to reduce both MIPS and memory footprint.Desired Profile :
Knowledge and Skills : BE/B.Tech with 3+ years of experience OR ME/ M.Tech with 2+ years experience. The engineer is required to have excellent knowledge in signal processing, preferably in video/image processing. Should have good experience in higher level languages like c and matlab. should have experience in developing application code in assembly language preferably of a dsp. Exposure to linux environment is a preference. Must have good communication skills and should have had experience of handling his own projects.
