We''re looking for �Senior J2EE Developer/ Technical Architect � with good communication skills: Job Title: Senior J2EE Developer/ Technical Architect Primary Skills: A proven track record in designing and delivering complex enterprise-scale Java/J2EE solutions. Ability to gather business requirements and architect solutions based on those requirements Good Analysis and Design skills (including experience with techniques/tools such as UML, Enterprise Architect, Rational XDE and WBI Modeler) First class design skills including the ability to draw up extremely accurate specifications that could be effectively utilized by development teams offshore as well as onshore Good hands-on coding skills in Java/J2EE and related technologies (JSP, Servlets, JDBC, EJB, JMS and Struts) Strong experience of Application Servers (preferably including IBM Web Sphere) Experience and knowledge of Relational Databases (i.e. IBM UDB/DB2 and Oracle) Experience with multiple platforms (i.e. Windows 2000, AIX, HP-UX and Solaris) Involvement across the full project lifecycle (to successful deployment).
