Must have min. 8 years experience in recruitment of IT professionals Must have min. 4 years of IT Recruitment experience as a HR Manager in an IT Company Must have experience in recruitment of IT Professionals, Senior IT Managers, IT Infrastructure Administrators, DBAs, IT Consultants, etc. Must have carried out recruitment of IT professionals as HR Manager Must have Extensive experience in the recruitment of IT Professionals through searching and filtering of Recruitment Databases. Must have innovative to attract IT Talents, capable of designing and following methodology/process for recruitment of IT Candidates , designing and follow matrix for ranking of potential IT Talents forion process. Must be capable of identifying and pooling suitable IT Talents in the industry and must be capable of attracting and recruiting the identified Talents in to the Organization.

Must have excellent command over written and communication skills Must have enterprising with excellent inter personnel skills Must be Graduate with Specialization/Post Graduate/MBA in HR and Recruitment
