Job Description :
The primary function of this position is to source, qualify and submit resumes against the open client requirements. The position is also responsible for updating the Company Database with resumes on the skills that Mindlance hires. This position requires strong understanding of the technical requirements, attention to detail, strong commercial sense of the recruiting business.
Responsible for sourcing resumes on the Skill Sets against Active Client requirements.
Qualifying resumes on demographics, rates etc against the Active Client requirements.
Ensure they are working hard and submitting resumes on hard to find positions.
Ensure Self-discipline to maintain a professional and a cohesive work culture.
Schedules the interviews for the short listed submittals.
Constantly updates the databank with the resumes.
Act and perform in a manner which ensures the work culture, discipline and the work environment are not compromised with.
Desired Profile :
2-5 years of recruiting or related work experience.
Self-Motivated and has ability to multi � task.
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience Required :
24 (Months) to 60 (Months)
