Desired Profile :

Responsibility for the quality management tasks during site execution (from milestone PM550 upto and including PM670). Understanding customer requirements as per contract. Preparation & Submission of project specific site inspection & test plan. Linking of applicable Procedure, Protocol in site ITP submission. Review of Customer commented ITPs. Co-ordinate with Customer for ITP approval. Responsibility to ensure close cooperation with SM, PM, PEN, CE, ESSO. Finalization and Deputations of Site QC Engineers. Participate Kick off meeting with PM and site team (Project briefing). Coordination/ conducting site audit. Site visit for steam lining QC process with QC Engineer and Execution team. Monitoring weekly activities of site and maintaining site quality documents, reviewing the calibration certificates. Site visit during site execution phase. Monitoring of site quality issues and closer of quality alerts. NCC site review meeting and following up. Authority to intervene site project execution in case of non-conformance. Responsibility for communication of lessons learned from other projects to the site team as well as documenting own lessons learned for other projects and process improvement. Responsible for generate requisition for Site TPIA and invoice clearing. What do I need to qualify for this job BE Mechanical with 7-10 years of relevant experience in site quality management .ASNT Level-II in RT,UT,MT,PT .Internal/ Lead auditor course ISO 9001:2000
