Roles and Responsibilities : Candidate would be responsible for developing J2EE applications based on clients requirement specifications preparing the technical design document creating prototypes analyzing and identifying performance bottle-necks, providing technical and user documentation and training to client providing relevant data to the Module Leader for status reports both internal and to the client team adhering to the client or project specific quality and documentation standards preparing test plans and test cases. Should be comfortable with client interaction
