Job Description :

Solution Architect�s role is to ensure that solutions delivered are technically sound and conform to customer�s business objectives and priorities. The Solution Architect will act as a lead technical representative towards customers, gathering information and proposing solutions. Experience of related business processes is desirable. PROFILE: Responsible for providing the technical and business architecture for project implementations. Ensure appropriate technologies and business processes are employed with due consideration to industry trends, future-proofing, technical characteristics and cost. Liaise with project management of large IT projects for customers. Manage the technical effort while coordinating with the technical and domain resources assigned to the project. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies as well as products and direction. Continually research in information technology marketplace for new and innovative technologies and application development practices. Proactively propose these new technologies as solutions to business problems. Provide guidance and mentor technical architects to ensure that they adhere to strategic technology vision. Suggest framework(s) for the technical architecture, vision and design principles

Desired Profile :

Minimum 10 years in-depth experience in the IT industry Experience of large-scale IT projects including full development lifecycle and project management, by contributing as an architect. Commercial awareness to guide development and deployment options In-depth knowledge of current technologies, tools and industry trends Understanding of/Exposure to a minimum of two Business domain verticals or in-depth knowledge of one business domain vertical. Excellent communication, presentation and inter-personal skills Highly motivated and driven and capable of working independently Creative and innovative Good knowledge of application development principles, methodologies and technologies such as OO development, RDBMS, Mainframes, Middleware, ETL, networking.
