JOB DESCRIPTION : Operate as specialist recruitment consultants focussing on middle and senior management recruitment in industries such as IT, ITeS, Financial Services, Auto, Engineering, Pharma, Healthcare, Infrastructure, Consumer, Retail, Hospitality, Telecom, Media, etc. The role involves: Building relationships with the clients and candidates. Understanding client requirements. Conduct service visit calls to existing clients to enhance client relationship for further business growth. Manage the candidate screening,interviewing and presentation processes to meet / exceed clients'' expectations. Ensure quality services are provided through management of clients'' queries an concerns. Perform supporting administrative functions including reporting and billing management.

Desired Profile :

Sales experience in the above mentioned industries ( in any function) or minimum 3 years of proven recruiting experience with reputed search firms. Service and action oriented as well as results oriented candidates will be considered. Proven track record of achievements is a must.
