Job Description � QA Engineer Basic Information Job Code QA-001 Job Role / Title Sr. QA Engineer Skills � Strong experience in testing web based applications(minimum 5+ years experience) Experience in reviewing technical specs and writing test cases Experience in automated tools such as Silk test and Win Runner Experience in stress test tools such as Load Runner, Web load etc. Testing on multi-platforms � Windows, Solaris, Linux Basic C++, Java, SQL experience Strong networking knowledge (tcp/ip, dns, dhcp) Strong problem solving and reasoning skills Function as an effective member of a team Excellent oral and written communication skills Should have led a team of 3-4 testing team members Roles and Responsibilities � Write/review test cases Testing of independent modules Ensures source code management practices are followed.
