Aspirant should be a very aggressive, dynamic , bold personality. Should be willing to market software and web solutions and other value added services to various Mid Size and Small Size Companies. Should have an excellent command over his communication. Prior experience in the same industry / role is preferred. The person will be required to generate Business Leads for the Marketing of Internet services (website designing, flash animations, multimedia) software solutions and products by Direct Marketing, Tele-Marketing and Online Marketing. Client meetings and finalization of leads will be an essential part of profile. Responsibilities include prospecting and developing customers as per business plan and achieving targets.

Desired Profile :

Should have experience in IT/Software field. Male or female with 2 - 3 years of experience in sales and marketing of software solutions, web-based services and other values added IT Services. Go Getter attitude, energetic, self starters, smart, pleasing personality, good communication and presentation skills with MBA in Marketing need only apply. Sound knowledge of IT Industry and candidates with a good sales track. Understanding the nature of the clients'' business and their web solution needs. Representing the Company to pitch for Corporate Web Solutions / Portal projects. Presentation of Web Solutions services offered by the company. Meeting Billing and Collection targets by procuring clients projects. Collect constant market feedback on clients and competition. Generate leads and proactively pursue other business development efforts. Cross-functional interaction with the design, software, website promotion and Network Administration teams and monitor the execution of the entire project The person should preferably be a MBA. Graduates with adequate work experience could also be considered. Candidates should have adequate working knowledge of computer applications and working experience of E-mail and Internet. Needless to say the person should have excellent written / verbal communication and presentation skills. Candidates should have prior direct marketing / selling experience to large Corporates houses in the Web Solutions/IT industry.
