Making Presentation,business communication to retailers and real estates consultants to create more space for the business development. Responsible for achieving targeted sales growth through effective retail plan ,field operation and customer service with managing relationship with key accounts and developing consulting projects. Coordinating with various banks for effective and quick disbursal of loan amounts to avoid customer grievances. Managing Market operations for Apartments,Malls etc. Superheading Business Development and Market Expansion Initiatives in coordination with Market Intermediaries likes Brokers,Agents etc. Generating new corporates Clients. Maintaining sales report on daily basis and submitted to Managing Director.

Desired Profile :

The candidate should be Post Graduate in Marketing. Should have maximum 5+ years of experience in real estate only. Good communication skills. Knowledge of computers is must. Willing to travel. Highly Self Motivated and a good team leader.
