Responsibilities / Tasks: Prepare for the organizational readiness as of end of march 2008 Manage and control the start-up-project of BIAL regarding contents, quality, time schedule, milestones, report to the Management Professional project management and management of resources (time, money and other variables) Set up of system engineering for operational readiness together with the responsible line-management Set up a transfer plan for a smooth move from the existing airport (HAL) to the new site

Desired Profile :

Candidate Profile: Age: between 35 to 45 years Education: ME or BE (Civil) or similar with MBA (added advantage) Work Experience / Know How: min. 7 - 12 years in the aviation environment knowledge of the functioning and operations of an airport extensive experience in project management of aviation related projects extensive know how in project management and process design tools experience in planning of complex buildings and the initial operation phase Personal Skills: leadership and management skills conceptual and analytical thinking excellent organisational skills excellent communicator with negotiating skills and ability to assert oneself coordination and management skills for managing multiple interfaces ability to prioritise effectively and respect deadlines pragmatic, solution and result oriented fluent in English (oral and written)
