Our client is a prestigious MNC telecom Infrastructure vendor Company with a turnover of Rs 1200 crores into switching projects and working on the intelligent network platform. APPLICANTS MUST BE A B.E. IN ELECTRONICS AND HANDLING TELECOM PROJECTS Preferred Background � Telecom Project Coordination or Any other Projects driven organization experience. Should be well versed with multi location coordination and reconciliations of Project Status, interfacing and networking with widespread and distributed project resources/manpower and customer follow up. Prime focus should be resources coordination/movement/monitoring on ongoing projects and continuous reconciliation of manpower. Main Tasks will be Resource coordination Follow up of Resources on Project � Foreign / Local / Service Team / Project Resources / Local Consultants and their associated costs. Training coordination Training follow up / ITI-BSNL and ITI specific training Coordination of AIL trainings Customer coordination and follow up Customer delivery / services rendered / corresponding documentations / time sheets in coordination with contract administration Follow up of Service Sales to ITI up to Invoicing stage Communicating to ITI about deliveries forecasted Follow up of invoices / local invoicing / Purchase and corresponding deliveries forecast Interface with ITI Invoices Follow up Invoice validation Invoicing on quarterly basis Check invoices sent to ITI Logistics and back office Follow up of planning of delivery from back office Logistics follow up for local deliveries and supplies Local logistics Purchase Follow up from PR raised to Payments initiation
