I am searching for a number of TMS Development manager for one of the top 5 Indian IT Consulting companies. My client is one of the top 5 Indian IT Consulting companies and has a strong global presence and operations. They have been rated as one of the top 10 employers in India by a recent Hewitt survey. They would like to hire a TMS Development Manager. The openings are for Mumbai, Hyderabad or bangalore and would involve project based travel. The detailed specs are as under: The development manager will be responsible for the delivery of the customization and extension for a customer. This would involve managing the customer expectations, tracking the progress of a customization and heading the delivery for that customer. This would also involve managing the development phase for that particular customization. Requirements ? B.E. Computer Science or equivalent must with MCA or equivalent preferred. ? Must have 8+ years of large software development experience of which atleast 2+ years in managing a team of atleast 5-6 people. ? Experience in projects involving supply chain execution systems will be a plus. ? Must possess skills in J2EE, XML, XSL.
