Responsible for transport and logistics function will be responsible : - 1. Scheduling and facilitation of Transport arrangements as per working shifts : 70 % 2. Vendor Management includes coordination with transport vendors for a quicker turnaround by proper routing of vehicles : 20% 3. Close monitoring and tracking of costs vis-�-vis budgets for cost optimization : 10%

Desired Profile :

Education: Bachelor�s degree in Commerce / Science. MBA preferred. Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience from BPO/ITES company must. Skill: Planning and organizational skills, decision making and time management skills required. Must have good interpersonal and relationship building skills. Maintenance of confidentiality as regards to Employee and Employer information/data. Bilingual skills desired.
