Technical Lead for Workflow, leading a team of 4-5 developers on workflow projects. Prepare and Review technical artifacts generated during the Design, Development and Testing of workflow applications. Participate in developing architecture of new processes and changes to existing workflow processes. Ability to independently code, perform client and integration testing, debugging and participate in the entire software development life cycle of the project. Independently develop complete and accurate external system design specifications. Design documentation deliverables including, but are not limited to Process Models, Process Decomposition Diagrams, Network Architecture Diagrams, Data Models, Data Flow Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams. Track Team�s development work. Participate in Workflow production support, troubleshooting activties Act as a technical mentor for the teamDesired Profile :
The ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of experience including 2 years in the capacity of a lead. The candidate should have very good programming skills in Visual Basic and SQL Server.Experience Required :
