Job Description :
Responsible for achievement of sales budget of own H.Q. monthly/yearly.
Ensuring 100% coverage of listed customers as per decided frequency.
Implementation of sales & MKT strategies.
Seek the help of seniors to convert difficult customers.
Focus on weak areas of the assigned territory & improve it to achieve sales budget.
Creating network of franchisee & own CC to reach clients & excellent services.
With the help of seniors help bridge the gap in budget & performance to earn incentives.
Co-Ordination with logistics & operations
Ensure timely recovery of money & avoid bad debts
Competitors & own strategy feedback to management.
Coordination with another team member to create good working atmosphere.
BSc freshers are also welcomed to send in their applications.
Desired Profile :
Should have good communication in English written and verbal.
Should be willing to work on Field.
Should be comfortable speaking to doctors .
Should preferably be from Surat or knowing the areas.
Male candidates preferred.
