Provide operational support for voice equipment managed by ATIS Network Services ensuring that SLA/OLAs for client projects are being met. � Respond promptly to service requests � Respond promptly to service faults and engage internal and external service providers to ensure that faults are resolved as soon as possible. � Produce service reports as required showing performance of voice systems �Deploy upgrades and additional equipment/circuits as required �System administration of moves, adds and changes. � Ensure that all equipment is configured to meet design standards. Deploy changes as required to maintain software and hardware revision levels � Follow appropriate documentation for equipment configuration and support/escalatation processesDesired Profile :
�Minimum two to three years practical experience in supporting an Avaya PABX in a call centre environment� Any experience in supporting a private voice network�Strong customer service skills.� Experience in supporting Nortel MSPs� Knowledge of and/or practical experience in LAN/WAN supportExperience Required :
