Currently We are handling a Requirment of Genesys Professionals for SSE/TL/PM for Pune with CMM Level 5 company Job Discription Company : CMM Level 5 Company Location : Pune Skill : Candidate must have 4+ years experience with Genesys Framework, Genesys Universal Routing (Inbound and Outbound), Genesys Reporting, Genesys Internet Suite, IServer, Knowledge Manager. Thorough knowledge of product offerings by Genesys including MCR, Outbound, etc. Basic knowledge of Oracle 8.x or 9.x. Strong troubleshooting skills (interpreting log files and SQL statements etc).
