Job Description :

We are looking for a Lead in the Languages and Tools team to help drive our testing efforts and work closely with technical stakeholders and partner teams, to define product quality, engineer excellent solutions to automate and manual test products that will touch the development community, world-wide. As a Test Lead, you will manage a group of Test developers and engineers, driving the quality of development and streamlining the process to build infrastructures for improved testability. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with substantial Test Lead experience, passion for tools and technology, and significant technical savvy. Understanding developer tools, the .NET framework, enterprise customers and software development and usability best practices is essential. Exceptional communication is critical, as well as a proven ability to work with and across diverse groups. Strong problem solving, organizational and team-player skills are essential. Demonstrated ability to come up-to-speed quickly on new technical domains is also required. Previous experience with development tools is recommended. A Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline is preferred. Qualifications: a minimum of five years of Test experience, preferably in the field of developer tools; excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; proven record of successful team management; and ability to work well independently while being flexible and adaptable to rapid change.
