Job Description :

Managing directly and developing a team of 4 - 8 trainers in all aspects of training and development. Ensuring consistent and effective training services are delivered across the area and that quality standards are met by monitoring closely the trainers within their team. Ensuring up-to-date blended training material is used across all business areas. Providing a high level of service to internal customers through effective management of workload, resources and processes. Reporting to National Training Manager. Overseeing the performance of training teams. Conducting interactive, learner-friendly, blended training at TL and TM level. The Training Department is responsible for providing tailor-made, effective and learner-friendly training solutions to the Business: Call Centre and Back Office functions. The process on delivering the above entails induction and ongoing training for existing and new staff members at all levels. In order to provide effective training the full training cycle involves training needs analysis, designing new or updating existing training material, conducting training aimed at addressing specific training requirements, conducting evaluation, providing follow-up training where necessary and reporting on this to the Business.

Desired Profile :

Qualifications Graduate with 7 to 9 years first hand training experience in a fast moving, high volume environment, as well as relevant experience in the developing of training material. Specialist knowledge Knowledge of latest trends in adult learning approaches, research findings and strategies Knowledge of current industry training practice Process implementation and review Industry experience First-hand training experience Experience in the development of training material
