The RM will be responsible for software sales Easy POS Basic Computer Knowledge English and Local language. Talking to customers to effectively convey information. Judging Customer Behaviour and accordingly moulding the sales pitch The ability to speak clearly so that it is understandable to a customer. Passionate, go getter and result focussed. 1-2 years and above experience in selling, experience in Point of Sale Software (POS) & B2B Sales. Should be able to connect with local Retailers / Merchants in his territory. Should be able to explain features, advantages and benefits of EASYPOS This role is individual contributor role wherein the candidate will be given a particular territory/area wherein he/she would have to visit merchants across different categories ( big/small ) , meet customers , present the benefits of the products (EasyPOS) , close sales and be the face of the company in the retail market. Through Tele-calling leads/ cold calling connect with customers to offer and pitch cloud based retail point of sale (POS) solution EasyPOS to drive value to their business. Pitch the right to offer or persuade them to purchase the services. Explains advantages and features of the platform being sold to drive customer interest. Answers customer''s questions pertaining to service being offered. In this case EasyPOS : our Point of Sale Software Closure of sales with these merchants and meeting the quota for the month. Be the point of contact for the customers and work with the CRM team resolve any issues they might face.

Desired Profile :

Required Experience: 0-2years Qualification: Preferably MBA/B.Tech Reporting to: City Manager/Area Sales Manager Product to be sold: EasyPOS Point of Sale Software to merchants & retailers in the allocated geographical area. F2F Interview will be conducted on 1st Sept & 2nd Sept. All the rounds of interview will happen on the same day. Interested candidates pls apply.
