Strategize and implement local sales promotion activities To promote a customer centric culture among both staff and field force Protect and promote the brand value of the company Lead, inspire, motivate and manage the team so as to have effective control on attrition of key resources Be updated on all relevant developments in the Insurance industry. Work Relationship (State the essential working relationships with superiors, peers and subordinates as well as external parties which will contribute directly to the successful accomplishment of this job.) Area Agency Head: Reporting relationship with regard to implementation of the Business Plan in terms of Recruitment, Sales as well as costs Manager distribution at the branch: Ensuring that they implement the Business Plan for the Branch in terms of Recruitment and Sales Support Staff at the branch: Smooth Implementation of branch operations Corporate Office: Sales reporting, operational support, etc Work Experience : Preferable experience in life insurance industry .Minimum 5 years total work experience with at least 2 years in sales.Experience Required :
