Apars Conductor division started in 1958 with the technical know-how from Alan (Canada) and Properzi (Italy) is the largest producers of POWERLINE Aluminum and Alloy Conductors in Asia, with strategic partnership and supply relationships with top EPC contractors in the world. The aluminum conductor division manufactures all type of bare overhead aluminum conductors, GS earth wires. It started manufacturing new generation conductors called High Temperature Low Sag (HTLS) with product approvals from Power Grid Corporation of India Limited. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities Hard-core Selling of House-wires manage and coordinate all marketing, consultant, project approval activities analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information expand, develop marketing platforms and implement marketing plans to improve market penetration - Assist to develop pricing strategy know about price structure, discount structure, packing new development. Conduct seminars / contractor/wireman meets collaborate with the factory monitor industry best practices Developing dealer/distributor market. Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies. Striking project sales till receipt of C form and payments Education and Experience BE electrical by qualification or diploma minimum Min 5 years of hard-core selling of Cables / Wires Strong Technical Knowledge of Cable marketing - Product and industry knowledge Key Competencies excellent written and verbal communication skills formal presentation skills - organization and planning strategic thinking, problem analysis and problem-solving team-leadership - persuasiveness adaptability n creativity judgment n decision-making.
